Collaboration and partnerships with other like-minded organizations is a very important value of LEAP Charities. LEAP works very closely with the two resettlement agencies in Boise (the International Rescue Committee and Agency for New Americans) in order to make Welcome Housing possible. Other organizations that have been instrumental partnerships include:
Neighbors United is a collaborative initiative to help refugees successfully integrate and thrive in Boise. It is made up of more than one hundred community leaders, policy makers, service agency representatives, resettled refugees, volunteers, educators and more. LEAP Charities is trailblazing the Housing subcommittee to meet Neighbors United top priority of transitional housing.
Property People is a for-profit company that provides funding to LEAP Charities for the sake of social impact. Property People currently manages the Davis Park and Stewart Apartments and is interested in exploring more affordable housing options in Boise.
North End Collective Church
North End Collective Church (NECC) is a non-denominational Christian Church located in the North End of Boise, Idaho committed to be a people collectively joining with God in the restoration of all creation by living in the Way of Jesus. NECC has been a consistent source of financial support and volunteers.
Glocal Community Partners
Glocal Community Partners conducts trainings once a month that our volunteers attend to gain insight on partnering with new Americans in our community. They recently are winners of the Idaho Office of Refugee's Champion Award for their good works in the refugee community. They are always in more need of volunteers and donated items.
Community Leadership & Development Inc.
CLDI is based out of Billings, Montana and is focused on transforming their community empowering the people in it. They have a focus on affordable housing and have been acting as an mentor and advocate to LEAP.
